Delta Air Lines nonstop flights between the U.S. Southeast and China to include nonstop flights between the world’s largest airline hub in Atlanta and both Beijing and Shanghai. Both routes would fill a critical gap in air service for the 65 million residents of the U.S. Southeast who currently lack nonstop air service to China.
Delta provide daily nonstop service between Atlanta and China using its flagship Boeing 777 200LR aircraft in a two-class configuration featuring Business class new coach class, Delta plans to introduce fully horizontal lie-flat seats on its Boeing 777 fleet with new in-flight entertainment system offering AVOD, digital video and music at every suite.

Seattle to Beijing, China* – As previously announced, Delta subsidiary Northwest Airlines will introduce nonstop service between Seattle and Beijing, China, effective March 1, 2009. Flights and schedules are currently available for sale to customers for travel on this route via delta.com and nwa.com. Flights will be operated with the Airbus A330-200 aircraft.
